Round 1 – Documents
The first round consists of sending the following documents:
- CV
- Motivation letter (one page maximum) which should at least cover: why you are applying for a board year at United Netherlands, which elements of a board year interest you, your preferred role in the board, and your interest for certain flexible tasks.
You will be informed whether you have been accepted for an interview within two weeks after the deadline has been closed.
The deadline for handing in the documents is on the 10th of March at 23:59. Applications have closed.

Round 2 – Motivation & priorities
The second round consists of an interview.
The purpose of this interview is to get to know you as an applicant as well as your motivation. You can expect questions about your priorities next to UNL and about your expectations of the board year.
The interview will take place some time during week 12.
Round 3 – Experience & Behaviour
The third round consists of an interview.
During this interview, we will ask more in-depth questions and focus on your professional behavior. You will be asked to set out your personal goals for the year.
The interview will take place some time during week 15
Final Results
The final results of the Board Recruitment will follow at the latest in week 18.
